Ronald Gualy

Ronald Gualy is an accomplished executive with a long track record of creating value and identifying strategic, revenue-generating opportunities across the energy, renewables, technology, and engineering sectors. Over the course of his career he has identified, structured, and executed projects, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and alliances for both large multinational EPC organizations and smaller private companies and startups.

Ron spent most of his career with major engineering, procurement, and construction firms including Foster Wheeler and Kellogg Brown & Root, where he held senior positions focused on developing major projects and growth opportunities. His expertise spans P&L ownership, M&A, business development, sales leadership, licensing, manufacturing, and executive management.

He brings substantial international experience, having worked alongside senior executives around the world and led business lines across major geographic regions and key accounts, with a particular concentration in Asia and Latin America. His background in technology development and acquisition allows him to evaluate new opportunities and innovations, including first-of-a-kind technology implementation and commercialization.

Ron's recent work centers on renewable energy and sustainability solutions, including green hydrogen and ammonia projects, renewable power, and energy storage. He advises on decarbonization and ESG, helping organizations define and implement net-zero strategies while maximizing the incentives available to them.
